CRM System ! Do I Need One?

Greetings of the day from SalesMantra.com !!! As you are aware that in today’s dynamic market pace, organizations have to be in pace with the newly emerging trends and practices. A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is also one of such tools which are vital for every organization who have a sales team of 2 or more people.
